In February 2024, I started this company to fulfill my passion. I started my culinary journey at Culinary Institute LeNotre and graduated in 2018. I started my culinary career as a line cook in fine dining, then found my way to catering, and went back to fine dining in a full scratch kitchen, where I was able to perfect my craft. After g

I started my culinary career as a line cook in fine dining, then found my way to catering, and went back to fine dining in a full scratch kitchen, where I was able to perfect my craft. After getting laid off due to covid, I went back to catering as an Executive Sous Chef.
I have always lived by a code - do what makes you happy, and stand by it. I found my passion in cooking because it allows me to inspire others through food and creativity, and I hope that I can get an opportunity to do that for all my customers.
